<p><font color="#000080" face="Book Antiqua" size="2">Aegis is
California's largest Narcotics Treatment Program (NTP), providing
out-patient treatment to over five-thousand patients per week. The
Aegis Model works from a multi-modal approach, combining the expertise
of physician's, nurses, counselors and social workers in our work with
our clients. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000080" face="Book Antiqua" size="2">We are looking
for MFT Trainee/Interns, Clinical Specialists and Regional Clinical
Directors for placement throughout our system. Here are some highlights
of the positions:</font></p>
<ul>
<li><font color="#000080" face="Book Antiqua" size="2">Interns work
face-to-face with our clients in both group and individual settings.
They provide counseling services and treatment planning. On average,
our clinical staff provides over one-hundred hours of counseling per
month.</font></li>
<li><font color="#000080" face="Book Antiqua" size="2">Clinical
Specialists provide, on a contractual basis, specific treatment of
disorders in group settings. Normally, they specialize in co-occurring
disorders such as Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, etc.</font></li>
<li><font color="#000080" face="Book Antiqua" size="2">Regional
Clinical Directors provide, on a contractual basis, supervision to
interns and trainees, case consultations and training for our clinical
staff. </font></li>
