<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in"><span style="COLOR: black"><font face="Times New Roman">*Work in consultation with the recruitment team to develop and execute an ambitious strategic plan for your campus to attract top students to Teach For America by identifying and reaching out to students and networking with professors and student organizations

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in"><span style="COLOR: black"><font face="Times New Roman">*Plan and execute high-impact visits for Teach For America staff, corps members, and alumni who visit campus</font></span>
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in"><span style="COLOR: black"><font face="Times New Roman">*Increase Teach For America's general visibility on campus through the execution of mass publicity strategies (e-mail, campus press, hanging posters and flyers, etc.)

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in"><span style="COLOR: black"><font face="Times New Roman">A contract fee of up to $1,000 will be paid for the year, and the exact amount will be determined based on the campus campaign manager's start date.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 12pt 0in"><span style="COLOR: black"><font face="Times New Roman">Campus campaign managers augment their professional skills in marketing, networking strategies, and communication while gaining an understanding of how a successful nonprofit organization operates.
