Electrodynamics Lab<br>
<u><b>Projects on human electric brain
activity</b></u><br>
<o:p></o:p>Project: This research will
involve several studies addressing experiences on action and perception<br>
<o:p></o:p>Description: 199s will be
involved in studies that examine the interaction between action and
perception
in human while participant’s brain activity will be recorded with a
high-density surface EEG system. Students will work on human electric
brain
activity.<br>
<o:p></o:p>Duties: Responsibilities include
running participants, conducting basic data analysis, and other various
lab
organizational tasks. We are looking mainly for students interested in
working
for 4 units this quarter. 2 and 3 unit exceptions are possible.
However, all
prospective researchers are expected to be able to come into the lab
for some
amount of time every day. We require .5 hours/day/unit, so a 4 unit
person will
attend the lab for ~10 hours a week.<br>
<o:p></o:p>Additional requirements: we are
looking for motivated, dedicated Psychology majors who can commit to
the lab
for at least until the end of this quarter starting in March 06.</p>

<o:p></o:p>Project: This research will
involve several studies addressing experiences in social neuroscience.<br>
<o:p></o:p>Description: 199s will be
involved in studies that examine how passionate love influences<br>
(consciously and unconsciously)
human behavior and reaction times.<br>
<o:p></o:p>Duties: Responsibilities include
running participants, coding data, entering data, conducting literature
searchers and other various lab organizational tasks. We are looking
mainly for
students interested in working for 4 units this quarter. 2 and 3 unit
exceptions are possible. However, all prospective researchers are
expected to
