dedicated research assistants for our projects looking at the
psychological and physiological effects of stress and the experience of
prejudice.
DETAILS: This is an excellent opportunity especially for students who
are interested in applying to graduate programs in psychology, and/or

conducted. You will receive excellent experience and training while
making valuable contributions to a busy research laboratory.
Responsibilities include: participant recruitment; running participant
sessions; collecting psychophysiological data; entering and scoring
data; general lab organizational duties. Particularly motivated students
may have the opportunity to analyze and present data.
REQUIREMENTS: Male and female Psychology majors with at least a 3.0 GPA.
We are particularly interested in people with a flexible schedule, and
people who can commit to the lab for at least 3 quarters. Applicants
should be extremely reliable, responsible, resourceful, and attentive to
detail. Familiarity with Excel and SPSS, previous research experience
desired, but not necessary. Tech savvy students are especially
encouraged to apply!
PREFERRED TIME COMMITMENT: 9-12 hrs/wk (3-4 units).
