This trip is through the nonprofit organization Pro-World and is be is from June 14-28. The cost is contingent on how many people go, but it will be around $1300, not including the flight. The health clinics focus on health education and outreach. You will be working on testing for anemia, stomach parasites and malnutrition. There may also be the chance to test for cervical cancer. You will also give presentations and talks on nutrition and hygiene. There are other activities scheduled so we will see Peru and possibly one of the seven wonders of the world, Machu Picchu.
