emerging technology might change society?</big></font></small><br>

</b>The <b>NSF Center for Nanotechnology in Society </b>at UCSB
invites applications for our<b> Undergraduate Summer Research
Internships</b>. Open to social science, humanities, science or
engineering majors who will be enrolled at UCSB in Fall 08, this 8-week
program provides first-hand experience with social science research
investigating the societal impacts of nanotechnology. Program dates
for 2008 are June 23-August 15, and interns will receive a $3000
stipend with an additional $900 for housing expenses.<br>
