*Assist the R&D team for development of advanced intraocular medical 
device products. This position involves applying a wide range of 
scientific principles, characterization techniques, and GLP in assisting 
team members in design and development of medical devices. Will assist 
in analytical/optical/mechanical characterization, identify, review and 
research emerging or innovative technologies, as needed, and adhere to 
time-line of development plan and milestones *

*Must have a Bachelors degree in life/physical sciences, or relevant 
engineering field, knowledge and limited experience with med device 
product development and analytical/mechanical characterization 
techniques, be strongly motivated and have the ability and desire to 
learn new development techniques, maintain a professional conduct and 
cooperate in a fast paced environment, excellent oral and written 
communication skills, and ability to work effectively in team projects, 
and the ability to multi-task, be highly organized and detail oriented.
