[Biology Undergraduate List]

A new student organization has been started at UCSB which aims to
address global health issues.  Global Medical Brigades-UC Santa
Barbara Chapter is a group of students from all academic backgrounds
who are dedicated to community service and have a desire to improve the
quality of life of individuals living in impoverished communities.
To do this, our chapter is organizing a medical mission to Honduras
this summer to work for eight days in a Honduran Clinic where our team
of students will assist a team of physicians, pharmacists, and
dentists in providing care to the people of rural Honduras.
If you are at all interested in participating in this mission and
joining our organization, please attend our informational
meeting Wednesday, March 14 at 7:30PM in LSB 1001 at UCSB.
