Please distribute this announcement to students in the broadest
manner possible.  Here are the first round of announcements from
Amgen regarding internships-

To find and apply to specific intern positions go to the Job Search
tab under Amgen's Career's webpage- http://www.amgen.com/careers/careers.html
Select College Jobs in the Category field and begin the search.
Students must apply and send their resumes through the website for
specific intern positions.  There is no process for students to make
a general application to the program.  Scientists who will be
supervising interns are responsible for making the selection.

To find the intern positions go to Careers > Job Search . In the job
search fields go to Category and select College Jobs .  For Location
, select Thousand Oaks , CA .  You can then search the intern
positions that have been posted.  Students must apply to specific
intern positions; there is no general intern application
process.  More information on the program can be found at Careers >
College Recruiting.   Scientists will only be able select applicants
who have applied through the web site.
