*What is the Diversity Career Fair?*
The purpose of this fair is to promote diversity in the work force. We
want employers to see the many talents UCSB students possess- that our
students are well-rounded individuals who not only excel in academics,
but also dedicate their time serving the local community. It also
provides an opportunity for you to network and interact with recruiters
who have diverse hiring and recruiting practices.
_*The fair is open to all students of all majors and backgrounds*_.
Students who are part of an underrepresented group may find this event
of special interest. We are proud of UCSB's group of bright, talented
and diverse group of students, and we look forward to bringing this
diversity to the work force.
